Branches

The United States Army is the largest and oldest branch of the United States Armed Forces founded on June 14, 1775.

The United States Navy was founded on October 13, 1775 and has been involved with more than ten major wars and countless battles in the effort to bring security, democracy, peace and prosperity to the American people.

The United States Coast Guard is a branch of the United States Armed Forces, headquarters in Southwest, Washington, D.C. The founder of the Guard was Alexander Hamilton on August 4, 1790.

The United States Air Force was founded by President Harry Truman on September 18, 1947.
